Hi! It has been a LONG LONG time since i last updated this blog, and i apologise for that! D:
For some reason, the 2nd term of school includes a whole lot of assignments and homework! I have been preoccupied with quite a lot of things in life (especially with laziness and procrastination haha), and so i hardly have the time to come down here and create a new post! In fact, i am writing this post in class HAHA if any of my classmates are reading this, you know i don't listen in class xD
Soooo yea! I spent quite some time the past few weeks looking up on photo editing apps for my phone. Well, I came across double exposure photos and i thought they look really cool! 

Edited one myself, double exposure!

The background photo is from National Geographic, while the foreground picture of a woman is from a hair salon website. Union allows you to create double exposure pictures with just your phone! I super recommend getting this app if you fancy these kind of pictures. However, it is only on App Store. Sorry Android users! :( Union is priced at $2.58, and offers in-app purchases. Union is by Pixite LLC and they have a wide range of photo editing apps in their library, so if you're looking to add that little touch of uniqueness to your photos, you can always browse through their collection! For Union, Pixite even has tutorials on Youtube that will teach you how to fully utilise the app!

Hey guys!
I am extremely sorry for not putting up a post after quite some time! I was caught up with examinations for the past few weeks! Although i had exams to study for, life still goes on, right?! I totally seized every opportunity to take photos haha xD Do expect more photos in this post, since there will be photos from the past few weeks!

Okay! What can i say about life so far? Things are slowly getting better in school. I no longer feel so stressed in school. Call it magic, but i got selected to be further selected for the school's ultimate frisbee team. I'm relieved that things are not taking turns for the worse! I actually forced myself to revise and study for my Common Tests! Ever since i got told by my lecturer that i was the only one in class to fail the math quiz, i decided to study a few days in advance.
IT WAS HELL

There were so many times when i just stared at my notes and started panicking, but eventually i just calmed down and got back to revising xD Aerospace Manufacturing module is okay to me i guess, i actually found it the easiest out of my 4 modules, mainly because there is almost no calculation that needs to be done in the test haha. Engineering drawing was normal, although there was no way to copy when we realised that our papers had completely different questions! Fascinating, right?! Thermofluids must be the BANE of me! Oh my buddha man, even if i studied for thermofluids, I will STILL fail! I left 4 out of 7 questions blank, and the other 3 questions i had almost no idea how to solve them. Last but never the least, engineering maths was quite manageable for me. I managed to solve most questions. I just hope that i score well for everything except thermofluids, because that is a goner, and yea, things weren't so bad for me. 

With the exams over, IT'S THE HOLIDAYS HURRAYYYY!!

Yes! With totally no assignments for this 2 week holiday, i can actually get some rest and play! I promise to update this blog more for this 2 weeks with new pictures and more of my boring life haha! For now, ENJOY THE PHOTOS!

WELCOME TO THE FIRST POST OF #TRIPDOWNMEMORYLANE!!

Haha! Looking through all these photos, they never fail to put a smile on my face, and sometimes even a tear down my eye.
#tripdownmemorylane is a new category in this blog that aims to store all forms of happy memories i had throughout my entire life!
Let's get started!!

Thank god for blessing me with such an amazing group of people.

Meet my clique.
All of us met in Secondary 1, when we were still young and pure. We shared the same CCA, Dragonboat, and that was where we bonded. Since secondary 1, we were quite the problematic class. Humiliating and even chasing away some of the new trainee teachers, it made secondary school so damn fun!
This is the main group of people by the way, some of them are missing because the photo above only includes the dragonboaters!
I really miss the days when we had to walk along Jurong lake after school to get to Water Venture where we would begin our training. Every single time we approach the entrance, there will always be that one guy who would shout 'EH TUCK IN! TUCK IN!' and everyone would quickly tuck in their PE shirts, for nobody wants to get punished!
After training, everyone would rush to the nearby ice cream seller for ice cream and drinks.
The last 2 dragonboat competitions were two of the most emotional moments in my life. It was the last year to participate in the regatta for us, for we were graduating. For the 1st race, the ladies clinched 1st while we clinched 2nd! It was THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES! We went in with hopes of clinching 3rd for the guys and 1st for the ladies, and we DESTROYED our objectives! Our faces were all filled with smiles and happiness for the whole day, even going to sleep smiling haha :x
However, the 2nd regatta went downhill. We (the guys) came in last out of 4 boats. This time, we came on to shore, stood in a circle, and cried. Yes, almost all of us cried. Our faces were dripping with tears as we listened to our coach and teachers consoling us. Every year, if we were to lose, our seniors would always say 'remember this taste of defeat, train hard, and come back to win'. Finally, it was our turn to say that to our juniors.
We went back to school sobbing, we expected a medal from this regatta, especially after winning silver from the previous regatta 2 weeks ago from there. Nonetheless, it was a memorable 4 years rowing together!
After the disappointing race, we went out at night to celebrate 'graduating' from dragonboat!

1 year later, i came across the very same statue in orchard that we had one of the best memories in our lives.

Hey guys, i'm back with a new blog post! 

It's been a really busy week for me in school, but alas, i finally have time to update this blog! 

Whoever said that poly life is relaxing, i'm coming for you! Life in poly is NOT relaxing at all! There are so many things to do and so many things to find out! Back in secondary school, all we have to do is just ask a teacher when we have any doubts about anything and they can readily tell us where to go or what to do. In poly, we are gonna have to find the things we need ourselves :/ Call me dependent, but whatever, i speak what i want bitches #yoloswag

I really hope i die a film producer or journalist though, i don't wanna die an engineer.

Speaking about school, i failed the soccer trials for my school team :( On the bright side, i made it to the frisbee cca! Actually that was kinda expected haha, i have more experience in ultimate frisbee than soccer. :( 

I don't really have much to say on this post, but i will be putting up more posts within these 2 days under a new category! #tripdownmemorylane!

SCHOOL HAS FINALLY STARTED!!!!
It has only been like 1 week since the school term began and OHHH MY BUDDHAAA LIFE IN POLYTECHNIC IS BUSIER THAN I THOUGHT. After 6 months of doing almost nothing, all of a sudden i have to go to school every day, it makes me miss the holidays :(
What's even worse is that i have so little time to go out and take photos!! Fortunately, i managed to take some cool photos last week at various places in Singapore, enough for another blog post!
Honestly, i have mixed feelings about school. Although my class is getting better ever since lessons started, i just don't feel the urge to go to school every day. I have always dreamed of being in either mass communication or film, sound, and video but due to a mistake i am now in engineering ;( I'm not even sure whether i can cope with engineering as i would prefer to write an essay or report rather than to be solving math or science problems >< It really breaks my heart to not be able to do something i love.
OH WELL, no use getting sad over it!
So i went to Sentosa yesterday with some of my buds to unwind and chill at USS and the beach, and man it was AWESOMEYH! Just some yolo time sitting on afew rides in USS and walking on the beach, #perfection.
Took some time and effort to snap some photos in Sentosa, like the one at the top of the post, the rest will be below, hope you like them!
