I took a trip down to Gardens by the Bay last month to try and take some photos of the flowers there. Its a beautiful place, but it can get very hot and sunny there though! Its a nice place to visit with your family or your girlfriend/boyfriend!
Its easy to get to Gardens by the Bay too! All you have to do is:
1) Take the MRT to Bayfront station
2) When you tap out of the station, turn right and there should be a huge hallway filled with mirrors, walk to the end of the hallway.
3) Take the stairs or lift up, and there should be a pathway to Gardens by the Bay!
There are several places to eat and get your refreshments too! Ranging from fast food restaurants like Texas Chicken, food courts like the Satay by the Bay, to restaurants/bars like Indochine, Casa Verde, and Bakerzin!
A must-go place when you visit Gardens by the Bay will be the 2 gigantic domes! They are called the Cloud Forest and the Flower dome.
In the Flower Dome, there are plenty of flowers for you to admire (duh!). Its a great place to try out your photography skills too! I took my time to take photos of the many different flowers (below), hope you enjoy them!
As for the Cloud Forest, it has a HUGE tower right in the middle of the dome!

In that huge tower, there are several walkways that protrude out of the tower for you to stroll on. You start off by taking a lift up to the 6th floor of the tower and from there, you can take a one-way back down to the 1st floor.
Halfway down, you will reach a room that is filled with displays of gems such as:
